Description
Gamazyme Chemical offered by us is an enzyme based product that is heavily used for bio-polishing of cellulosics and polyester/cellulosic blends. It is heavily used in garment dyeing machine as well as jet dyeing machines where suitable mechanical action is provided to effectively enhance the action of Biopol-HC. In order to retain the superior strength of garments and material after bio-polishing, use of gamazyme is strongly recommended. This product is known for the following features:
- Versatile combined peroxide elimination and bio-polishing
- Suitable for color fading for denim garments and bio-polishing of knits, fabrics &
- terry towels
- Controlled action
- Minimum shade change in dyed material and minimum strength loss
- Physical appearance: Dark brownish liquid
- Ionic nature: Non-ionic
- pH of 1 solution: 5 +/- 1
- Miscibility: Readily miscible with water.
- Compatibility: Not compatible with strong cationic or anionic products.
- Stability: Stable to dilute acids & dilute alkalies
- Equipment - Jet dyeing machine or garment dyeing machine.
- Gamazyme - 0.5-1% depending on requirement
- pH - 5-5.5
- Temperature - 50-55 deg. C
- Treatment time - 30-60 min
- Store in cool, ventilated place and shed away from heat and direct sunlight
- Storage temperature should not exceed 35 degree C
- Avoid contact with air and moisture
- Shelf Life: 6 months from the date of manufacturing, if stored under controlled conditions
This product is used for better chemical finish once the bio-polishing treatment is over with the temperature raised to 70 degree C and/or adjusted to pH to 10 to terminate action of enzyme
