Fuly Auto High Speed Sleeve Wrapper

For speeds over 10 Packs per minutes it is necessary to use a fully automatic sleeve sealer. Available either with a inline or side fed products feed, the Saitech Inc. range of ASW Sleeve wrappers are suitable for the speeds upto 15PPM.The system comprises the ASW sleeve wrappers followed by a M Series Shrink Tunnels .For the higher speed operation ,a two chamber heat tunnel is used.

Unlike a semi auto sleeve wrappers, a fully automatic sleeve wrapping units uses either a driven belt conveyor OR a pusher to automatically transfer the product through the web of the film. Once the product had been sleeve wrapped, another automatic conveyor takes the product to form the transit wrap.
