Fuel Firing System

The entire range of system is available for efficiently burning solid, liquid & gaseous fuels.

Fuel oil burners are available in the rating of 0.1x10⁶kcal/hr to 12.0x10⁶kcal/hr. The pressure jet burners are manufactured in both industrial nad monoblock version.

The gas burners are supplied for conventional gases like natural gas, LPG, CNG etc., as also for lean gases like Coke oven gas, producer gas, blast furnace gas, Bio gas & other by product gases.

The all type of burners are specially designed for the application and available in the fuel range of 10m³/hr to 2000m³/hr.


The various type of burners like pressure jet, air assisted, steam atomised etc. can be supplied to suit the application, process requirement or customer preferences.

Solid Fuel Firing:
The range covers the stationary grate, reciprocating grate, vibrating / moving grate with internal or external furnace depending on the application & boiler / heater size.

Fluid bed combustion systems are used mainly for new plants.

We specialised in converting the boilers / furnaces to solid fuel firing systems.
