FRP Doors and Frames

The arch and colonial type FRP Doors and Frames available with us are extensively used in the building industry. The fiberglass doors manufactured by us provide texture and richness of pine / oak / rose / teakwood doors at economical prices. These are stable, safe & secure, and can be availed in many wood stain finishes, which look and stain exactly like real wood.

We use quality polyester/ isopthalic gelcoat and resin that comply with CPWD & MHDC specifications while moulding these doors. In order to impart strength and durability, we apply many layers of fiberglass to these doors. Light weight close-celled foam is filled in the interior of the of door and subjected to pressure in order to compact it, which ensures greater solidity and strength. High grade door wooden stiffeners are fitted in these doors, which allow smooth installation of hinges, locks and fittings.

• Can be manufactured in any shade and color representing pine, oak, teak-wood and other shades that suit the interior decor
• The colors are permanent and do not fade, hence no repainting or maintenance is required

• Are water proof and resistant to mild acids or alkalis, therefore ideally suited for bathrooms

• Do not shrink, twist or warp like wooden doors
• Do not corrode like steel doors and are superior to plastic doors

• Can be manufactured in any design, like arch door flush door and even carved designs can be reproduced, thereby making the range ideal for bedroom as well as main doors
• Cheaper than wooden doors, without compromising on features like strength and appearance
• Door frames made of FRP to match the door can also be supplied

FRP Door Frames

We are also engaged in manufacturing chamfered type FRP Door Frames that have 5" x 2.5" sections. These are ideal for the FRP shutters and can also be provided with frames of matching colors. Our frames are equipped with wooden inserts that assist in the hassle free installation of various fittings, such as hinges and tower bolts locks.
