Description
- FORM FILL & SEAL MACHINE is suitable for filling & packing all type of powders, liquids, juices, shampoos etc.
- The machine is fabricated from heavy gauge mild steel plates with gear box base frames.
- The machine consists of a Main body, Shoulder, Sealing Jaw unit (one vertical and the second horizontal mounted on moving guide frames), Feeding Hopper of S.S.304 quality of 25 kg capacity /Pump, Electrical unit, Thermostat Unit to control the required sealing temperature for the film, Photo control unit for Sealing & cutting of the pouch and paper feeding assembly frame.
- The unit is supplied complete with suitable elec. motor and heater.
- Output depends on the specific gravity, flow rate and volume of the product to packed. Kindly let us know size of pouch & required output
