Description
We are engaged in manufacturing and supplying of an assortment of Forged Thermowells that is specially designed for instrumentation companies engaged in manufacturing of Thermowells. Our range is commonly used for the applications that need utmost attention because of process problem or welding concern due to poor corrosion resistance, uneven hardness, improper micro structure and cracking of welds. Our single piece forged thermowell body forgings provide better strength, stronger reliability and grain structure. These are more superior than the traditional methods of manufacturing, in which flanges and shafts are welded for making a thermowell. These thermowells eliminate the need of testing the welding seams after machining. As a result, qualifying the welding procedures or having a welder's qualification certificate is no longer required. Further, NACE concerns in contexts of welding and hardness are not needed to be taken into consideration.
