Description
The machine has been specially designed to meet the requirement of Indian Kitchens for cutting, slicing, chopping, shreading of almost all types of vegetables.
There are four attachments made out of special steel suitable for food services. The attachments are easily replaceable for specific jobs even by the Chef himself without the help of any tool. The attachment supplied are:
Slicer - Thickness of product is easily varied.
Chipper -
Shreader - Fine shreader
Shreader - Coarse shreader
The unit incorporates heavy duty Crompton or equivalent make Electric motor, couple to specially designed heavy duty self lubricating Gear Box.
The main assembly is made of special aluminium alloy casting with door mounted on hinges. Special provision of feed hopper is made in the assembly for slicing, items like carrots, raddish etc.
The machine is framed in M.S. angles, welded and panelled in 18 8 quality, Satin factory finished stainless steel sheet of 20g thickness. Panel-On the machine itself is fixed with suitable indicating lights.
OPTIONAL:
A Tubular Trolley made of stainless steel with Collection tray or mild steel can be offered
