Flush Doors

NAVAIR Wooden Flush doors are consisted of core with low density wood perimeter system in the form of stiles and rails was adder that held the blocks in place provide screw-holding power from edge. A ply woods placed over the entire core and edge to create and engineer door. 

Another feature is replacement to the stave core and an ultra-low density particle board core. It is more reliable and stable. Our flush doors are fashioned around a core, resulting in less sound transmission and improved over all mechanical & physical properties. Unlike other door systems, wood flush door arrive at the job site ready to hand.
