We are the prime manufacturer and exporter of Extrusion Press that is offered in an array by us. The array of Extrusion Press includes Aluminum Extrusion Press, Brass Extrusion Press, and Copper Extrusion Press. We design these Extrusion Presses with integrated compact construction, which occupies less space. Extrusion Presses, offered by us, are having Pre-Compressed Columns and tensioned tie rod designs. PRE-COMPRESSED COLUMN - TENSIONED TIE ROD Design having the following advantages over Simple Tie Rod Press
Minimizes / Nullifies displacement of End Platen due to elongation of Tie Rods.
Minimizes / Nullifies Variation in Tie Rod Stresses, thus eliminating 'Fatigue' failures.
Rigidly of the Press is number of times better than Simple Tie-Rod Press.
Possibility of Nut Loosening is totally eliminated and hence nut re tightening readjustments are not required
Twisting of End Platen eliminated
Alignment is Perfectly Maintained due to proper location of Parts
Provides Solid support to the guides of Container and Moving Cross Head is totally eliminated
Ensures perfect parallelism between End Plated and Cylinder etc
Cast Steel Cylinder, End Platen, Container Housing and Moving Cross Head
The Main Ram, Guided in the Bushings, Press fitted in Cylinder, is made of forged steel bars ground lapped and Hard Chrome plated
Jacket type Heaters are fitted in container housing
Easy removal and assembly of container from housing is possible
Three Position Die-sides with two Die stations for loading, from both sides of the Press and a Centre whole position for pushing through the stuck billet as standard or cassette die loader for loading die from one side as alternate
Hydraulically Operated Shear Side for Aluminium Presses and Copper Brass Extrusion Presses.
