Electrostatic Liquid Cleaning Machines

Featured with long working life, we also offer electrostatic liquid cleaning machines. These machines can super clean hydraulic and lubricating oils of CST upto 220 and water content below 500 ppm to a high level of purity of NAS 7 and below. Based on electrostatic precipitation the oil from oil tank is passed between sets of electrodes and is charged to a high voltage. The contaminants in the oil are attracted to the electrodes and get deposited in the dielectric paper collectors which are placed over and between the electrodes. Like conventional oil filters, the contaminants of even 1 micron and below can be removed over a period of time. Based on oil tank capacity and oil viscosity, we offer these machines in different models.
