Description

To wrap lollypop in double end twist wrap style. Lollypop in round, oval or any circular shape possible to wrap in this machine. Outer wrapper should be of a continuous design & PVC, Polyester or any other wrapper having twisting properties can be wrapped on this machine. Double feed disc provided for easy eating of pops on to the rotary format. The paper flows from the paper feed station cut to appropriate length and the Lollypop is lifted along with wrapper in to the twisting turret. The Lollypop is hold in position by the rubber, gripper & twisting operation performed mechanically by the twisting fingers and released after twist wrapping on to a sloping delivery chute for further collection. Hot air attachment provided for better twisting & sealing. The format can be easily changed to Accommodate different types of Lollypop. No-wrapper no-pop mechanism provided to avoid paper wastage. The twisting time of the twisting finger could be either increased or decreased according to the type of packing material. In order to facilitate cleaning of the machine the paper attachment can be swiveled over 90° to the left.
