Description

From the hopper, the vibrator feeder, gives a continuous feed of ball lollipops to the rotating feeding disc having same size of holes as the ball pop are properly placed.

A clip type chain conveyor takes the individual ball pops to the twisting station.

The paper is fed from the opposite side. There is a proxy switch near chain conveyor which detects the ball pop.

No ball pop no paper Each ball pop is given proper twist the hot air is blown on the paper at the time of twisting for a tight wrap.
