Double Roll Crusher

Double Roll Crusher is suitable for crushing sticky and wet material in addition to the regular primary and secondary crushing of soft and semi hard particles. The machine is mainly used for primary crushing in open pit mining (ROM) as well as for further crushing stages. They are particularly used for primary crushing in open pit mining (ROM) as well as further crushing (2nd + 3rd crushing stage). Feed material which can used in the machine are lignite, coal, soft to medium-hard rock, different types of ore, chalk, gypsum, limestone, marl, clay, bauxite, different types of phosphates, oil sand and overburden.

Mode of Operation:

The feed material can be crushed either via counter-rotating rolls of the Center-Sizer (Type 2326) running inward in the flow direction of the material or between a crushing plate/comb and the outward rotating rolls of the Side-Sizer (Type 2327).
