Dolomite Stone

We offer dolomite stones that are commonly used in industries like iron and steel and also for horticultural purposes. These are commonly found in sedimentary rocks and used as a source of magnesium oxide and a concrete aggregate. These also have other usages such as ornamental stones or as host rocks at petroleum reservoirs. Dolomite stones are relatively inexpensive and more commonly found than calcite limestone despite having chemical and structural similarities with these. As a result, dolomite stones are sometimes used as a substitute for the latter as a flux in the smelting of iron and steel.
