Die Roll Granulator

The principle of operation of this extruder design utilizes two rollers. One is pressing roller and other is the perforated die roller. The size of perforation in the die roller decides the size of the extridate diameter. The extrudates are cut to length with the help of an adjustable cutter. The extrudate diameter range possible is 0. 8 to 5.0 mm.
