Description
Semi continuous decarb annealing furnaces with an installed capacity of 400 M.T. per month for De-Carb Annealing and Bluing of Laminations. These furnaces are used to convert the semi processed steel into electrical grade materials which are suitable for electrical stampings. The whole process is carried out by passing the stampings through heated chambers having positive atmosphere so as to reduce the percentage of carbon & develop a uniform Grain Structure thereby reducing the Watt losses of the material and relieving the punching stresses.
