Crown caps

Made of tinplate or tin-free-steel, the 26mm crown caps are used either for pry-off or twist-off application with a wide range of crown shell weights. The liners used for the caps can be PVC, PVC-free or Oxygen scavenging/absorbing. The oxygen absorbing and/or scavenging properties of the liner helps keep the product quality and flavor intact and also extends the product's shelf life.

Custom colours and print options are available, and the company can also print under the crowns for sales promotions or offers.

The crowns are suitable for multiple packaging styles including glass and aluminum bottles and are compatible with beer, carbonated soft drinks, wine, sparkling wine, aerated water, beverage, fruit juice, flavoured milk, etc.

Metal Closures has its own dry blend PVC granules pelletizing plant. With this the company ensures that its crowns have properties such as pressure retention and optimum removal torque.
