Directions For Use
soak 200 gms chick peas over night with extra water. Drain. In a large pan heat 50 gms cooking oil. Fry 120 gms red onions till golden brown. Add two chopped tomato and stir. Add 20 gms chana masala 1 tsp salt and chick peas. Stir for 5 minutes than add 800 ml fresh water. Mix ½ tsp baking soda. Bring to boil and cover. Simmer for 40 minutes on low heat. Alternatively pressure cook for 20 min with 400 ml of water and ½ tsp of baking soda.
