Description
Why Centrifuge ?
- Oil is the lifeblood of an engine. OIL DOES NOT WEAR OUT - IT SIMPLY GETS CONTAMINATED.
- Engines continuously generate contamination. Whilst 'catching' the larger particles, smaller contamination escapes the standard full-flow filter.
- Other by-pass filters still cannot collect sub micron particles of < 1 micron diameter. These particles can be Soot/Carbon, Wear Metals and Dirt which attack the critical engine components causing premature wear. (Piston rings, Big end shells etc.)
- Centrifuge compliments the full-flow filter by removing the smaller particles down to sub micron levels. This reduces critical component wear and Extends oil life.
- Oil Analysis proves effectiveness of centrifuge in improving viscosity, reducing contaminant and assisting the extension of the oil additive effectiveness.
