Components :
Housings : Graded C.I. Casting housings that are lined with Phosphor Bronze Bushes/ Anti Friction bearings having sealing system. Housings are precisely machined for even functioning in the frames
Frames : Flawlessly graded C.I. Casting, heavy-duty and machined having close tolerance for precise and vibration free functioning.
Rolls : Peripherally hollow rolls made from alloy chilled cast iron and duly ground with hardness 520± 2 BHn
Bull Gear & Pinion :, M.S. Fabrication or grades steel casting, C.I. casting hob-cut having EN-8/9/2708 steel forged steel pinion, hob-cut with spur or helical teeth is also available
Reduction Gear-Boxes : Own Make Heavy-duty or standard make ideal gear-boxes that render vibration free transmission.
Nip Adjustment : Manual synchronized nip adjustment by gears and worm having provision for individual nip adjustment. Motorized Nip adjustment in individual or synchronized mode is also provided.
