We offer these high quality Bridge Bearings to our customers, located across the country. These are known for their durability and reliability. Owing to our expertise in manufacturing PTFE skived sheets and the knowledge of PTFE Bonding techniques, we are able to fabricate these high quality Bridge Bearings with absolute perfection.

We focus primarily on PTFE bridge bearings, PTFE sliding bearings and PTFE-POT bearings as these allow us to capitalise on our proficiency in PTFE processing. To fabricate our great quality products, we make use of PTFE virgin sheets or PTFE with 25 glass filling due to their better creep properties than other fillers, without making any compromise on the coefficient of friction. Additionally, we also provide fillers of bronze, carbon and MoS2. Customers can also obtain models in various color pigments like gold, turquoise and green. Depending on the customers' specifications, we are also engaged in manufacturing fully assembled Bridge Bearings to suit the individual requirements of our esteemed clients. We adhere to the following codes for designing and manufacturing these products:

Design - BS 5400
Mild Steel - IS 2062
PTFE - ASTM 4894
Stainless Steel - IS 304

Further, we also test the tensile and deformation properties along with the shore hardness of sheets, before employing these in Bridge Bearings. We also check the ultimate limit state load of the bearings to ensure their high quality and durability.
