We have carried out various research and development in making these brick plants. Our ongoing and ambitious efforts in Flyash Technology and continuously updating and innovating these machines, we today stand tall and can say that we have installed number of machines all over India and other countries.

We have supplied our machines at AHMEDABAD, PUNE, NASIK, MUMBAI, KOLKATA, GOA, ORISSA, MORBI, KACHCHH, HYDERABAD in India and other countries like TANZANIA, KENYA, NAMIBIA, MOZAMBIQUE, SOUTH AFRICA and RUSSIA and same are running very successfully. We provide Technology along with our Machines.

Regarding spare parts, we provide them with our machines' delivery to avoid unnecessary delay in production schedules. The spares are easily available even in a smallest village of India. They are all eco friendly. We have appointed distributors region wise for the after sales service and availability of spare parts to provide the speediest service to our valued clients. We also manufacture all kind of world class construction machineries.

Process PANMIXER is made from Sturdy Steel with 2 nos. of Rollers and 2 nos. of Arms for the accurate mixing of raw material. It also supports flow of ready mix and Brick Press timely or without Break. The ready mix wet material collected in overhead Storage bin fitted on Brick Press. Gradually material fall down in feeder box and with Hydraulic Pressure Green Bricks with sharp Angle comes out 6 /9/14/16 Bricks a stroke on Waterproof wooden pallet.

Power Pack is specially designed by applying Germen brand Uken valves and Rethrox - with Oil cooling Pump which helps machine working even in hottest weather without break down. Complete Mechanism / machine parts are functioning through PLC only.

Chamunda Welding Works provides 20' Green Bricks conveying Rail to avoid any breakage in Green Bricks while shifting to stacking yard. We have the modern and Well Equipped workshop/Manufacturing unit, with well trained Engineers and Mechanical Team.

Machine Series are for the multiple products i.e. FLYASH Bricks, CLAY Bricks, Pavers, CC Pre cast tiles, Hollow and Solid Blocks, Curbstones with a quality Benchmark. "Chamunda Welding Works" fully Automatic Bricks-Blocks-Pavers Making Machine are unique and Eco friendly. Compare to German and Chinese Machine, it works superbly with lower price and prompt after sales service too. The Fully Automatic machine includes Auto Weighting System 3 Way bin material batcher, Silo for FLYASH storage, Silo for Cement storage, Pan Mixer with 2 nos. of Hydraulic Hoppers, Belt Conveyor, Brick Press, Power Pack, Green Bricks conveying Rail, PLC for Electro Mechanical process and Bricks shifting Hydraulic Pallet Trucks. This fully Automatic Machine Produces 25,000 nos. of Bricks, with working of two shifts getting production of 50,000 Bricks and that is with minimized in manpower.

We provide Civil Drawing and layout plan to their customers in advance with the confirmation of placing the order, for installation and erection of machine accurately.
