Series PIH Precision Induction Heater is designed to heat the bearings and other shrink fit elements prior to mounting, by employing latest technology and intelligent micro-controller based electronic controls. The life of torque transmitting steel components and bearings may get cut short because of faulty installation / mounting methods and rough handling. This problem can be solved by enlarging them through induction heating, for the aim of component mounting.
The Precision Induction Heaters are available in five different models for mounting as well as extra length range of bearings, with bore size 14 mm and above. Fast, economical & safe heating of bearings is the best properties of PIH Induction heaters.
The PIH series is portable as well as lightweight for better performance. Its power capacity is 2.0 / 3.6 KVA. It has intelligent controls - micro controller based and programmable electronic controls. It comes with two operating modes: time mode and temperature mode. Both modes are controlled through with feather touch key board, and can be seen during the operation. Also, it can be utilized to heat bearings of bigger diameter by using a Raiser Blocks pair, size 55 x 55 x 125 mm. The unit is also used to heat plate of any magnetic material by setting the plate in point of the horizontal yoke, across the vertical supports.
