Our offered range of Bandsaw machines is highly demanded forging companies and machining establishments. These machines are designed with double column type which are hydraulically operated. With an auto height adjustment of the blade, these standard machines are available in cutting capacity of 160 mm, 200 mm and 300 mm.Sizes above these can also be offered on request. We offer two versions of the standard machines which are:
Semi Automatic: This is one of the versions of bandsaw machines which comes with one vice. It has a hydraulic bow movement, which travels to its home position after the cut is complete. The operator needs to move the job to desired cut length and start cutting.
Fully Automatic: This type of bandsaw machines is engineered with dual vice, the machine has one vice fixed and other moving. The moving vice indexes the preset length as per job requirements. All operations are automatically controlled through electric control panel
