Description
Prism Packaging Auger Filler ia versatile powder, filling machine for dosing free flowing as non free flowing powders like Pharmaceutial powders,Chemical powders. Talcum powders, Pesticide powders, Ground spices, Ground Coffee,Flours,Milk powder etc.
The machine operates on the principle of POSITIVE DISPLACEMENT SCREW operating under constant head.
The precisely designed Auger displaces the product thought funnel into the pouch/ container held under the funnel. The filling cycle is controlled by an Electromagnetic Clutch/Brake unit,an Electronic Auger with frequency drive or survo auger for very high accuracycan also provided. Micro doser can be provided for very small grammages & Jumbo Auger for big grammages.

The center or verticat sealing is dons by clutch brake driven round sealers end horizontal sealing is done by pneumatically operated sealing jaws.
The film is drawn by the vertiCal Sealers, The machine is available with filling systems like Auger, cup or weigh fillers.
