Clients can avail Alu Alu Blister that is packed in suspended packing on strong wooden pallets,and provided with sufficient protection from corrosion and damage during delivery, with 75 mm runner clearance. Given below are some technical specifications of this product:
- Foil Material : Fully Soft (0 temper) aluminum of alloy grade AA-8011 conforming to Aluminum Association, USA, specification
- Thickness Tolerance: 80 of the length expected to be within +/- 5%, while 20% of the length is within +/- 8 %. Methodology of test: by weighment
- Foil Temper : '0' (fully annealed)
- Surface Finish: One side matt and other side bright finish
- Total Grammage: 240 gsm with +/-8% tolerance
- Foil Thickness: 25 micron OPA film/adhesive/45 micron aluminum foil/60 micron PVC film (total thickness 145 micron) with +/- 12 micron tolerance
- Stickiness: material shall unwind freely at maximum 1.5 Meter length load
- Wettability: when fully annealed wettability index will be 'A' - 'C' as per ASTM B 479 standard
- Core material: aluminum / steel / cardboard
- Core i.d.: 76mm with +/-0.5mm tolerance
- Roll o.d.: 250-350mm with +/-5mm tolerance.
- Roll width: as per customer requirement (+/-0.5mm tolerance).
- ECV/Cup depth: 9mm minimum value.
- Splicing: smooth ultrasonic welding joint for light gauge throughout the web having 5-7mm overlap. Splice foil has 80 % of parent tensile strength.
- No. of splices: average 2 per reel (maximum).
