Description
Lift treasure rigging hardware are made from quality alloy steel as required by IS:6216-1982 standards. Forming of chains is achieved on high precision chain bending machine to get links of uniform shape & size.
After bending chains are welded by Electrical Resistance Butt-Welding method with the help of Electronic Current Control unit which ensures uniform heating at the welding joint. The horizontal & vertical links are brought in the welding position one after the other so as to get the continuous chain welded in the same welding conditions.
After the chain is heated & upsetted the flash is fully deburred 'by Cross & Longitudinal deburring tools to give clean finish at welding joint.
