AFFS Pneumatic Collar Type

lm-ffs series of machines are robust, user friendly, efficient systems for packing of various commodities, in aesthetic & economic pouches. The pouch forming remaining standard, the machine can be fitted with one of our fillers multihead weigher with combinational scale feeder, linear vibratory weighmetric feeder, volumetric cup filler, volumetric screw augur feeder.

the feeder is selected depending upon the commodity, quantity to fill, speed of filling, accuracy & product feasibility for the customer. The collar type forming units are easy to replace for various pouch sizes. The other parameters are all to be set from the front panel hmi.

different styles of pouches can be formed, like centre seal pillow type, 3 side seal, 4 side seal pouch, gusseted pouches. Chains of packets can be programmed from front panel.

lm_ffs can be used for any heat sealable material either virgin pe films or laminated films. Depending on the paper either a direct heating sealer or an impulse heating sealer is fitted in to the machine.
