ADDITIVE 5106-NA

It is proprietary blend of proven Anionic Sodium Salt Surfactants suitable for Water based Coatings. Also it is an ideal emulsifier for Oil-in-water Systems for Synthetic Distempers

Advantages:

It improves Colour Value, Hiding & Tinting Strength of Expensive Colourants thereby enabling lowering down its input in the system. Reduces Dispersion time of the colourants. Imparts Brightness to the shade. Improves the Flow of the system. When incorporated in Putty, it improves the softness and application ease to great extent. Improves appearance of the Film by better Leveling and Luster. It reduces / eliminates streakiness of the system. Forms Stable Emulsion with various Stand Oils.

Dose:

Dispersion: 0.5 to 1% w/w on the Total Pigment + Extenders.

Emulsification: 10% on Oil

Material tends to separate out in Paste and Liquid Phase on long standing.

It is recommended to shake the container well before taking out material for use.
