Description

This machinery is generally used to process low grade bauxite as per the laid industry standards. Following are processes this machine undertakes:
- Low grade raw bauxite material stones consist of 35 to 55 of black Embry that is heated in coal furnace up to 1400o C
- Aluminum in the form of Al 2O3 called low grade bauxite
- The coal furnace have the size: 4 ft. diameter x 8ft. height with a capacity of 2.0 to 2.5 MT of low grade bauxite lumps
- Black Embry is processed from these lumps
- For complete processing of converting low grade bauxite stone into lumps of capacity 2-2.5 MT / batch requires 48 hours, in a single furnace
- In accordance with consumption of hard coal, it can manufacture 1 MT of lumps @450-500kgs of hard coal
- As per as consumption of raw material, low grade bauxite is manufactured 1MT of Lumps from @ 1.6 to 1.7 Tons low grade bauxite
- The heated lumps get crushed in roller mill and then send to mechanical vibrating grading shaker, which gets black Embry powder in required amounts
- Graded Black Embry powder No. 8,10,12,14,16,18 and 20 that is used for manufacturing of Black Embry Stone
- Graded Black Embry powder No. 24 to 90, which is used for manufacturing of 100% polish black Embry grinding stone
- Graded Black Embry powder No. 120 to 180 that is used for metal polishing Embry grinding
- Electric power consumption is @90 HP for 10 nos of coal furnace
