Panelexpo 2009 is the only show of the wood industry in India which is being organized by the Industry and for the Industry.
The perfect combination of the relevant industry association namely "The Federation of Indian Plywood & Panel Industry (FIPPI)" and professionally managed service provider "Fair Design India Pvt Ltd (FDI)" to create world class platform for promoting wood/bamboo working machinery, furniture manufacturing machinery, plywood, panels, laminates and allied products.
FIPPI: The Federation of Indian Plywood & Panel Industry was constituted in the year 1961. FIPPI, the only apex representative body in India for plywood and other wood based and allied industries, presently under the leadership of President Mr. Sajjan Bhajanka, the dynamic Secretary General, Mr. Jaydeep Chitlangia along with the dedicated Secretary, Mr. B. K . Banerjee is promoting Indian Plywood industry and taking it to greater heights. The Federation looks after the interest of Indian Industry in areas of environment, technology, fiscal policies and strategies etc.
FDI: Fair Design India Pvt Ltd (established 2000) partners with Exhibition Organisers / Associations to hold International Exhibitions in India by providing total consultancy services including infrastructural and logistical supports, venue selection for the event, creating marketing avenues, visitor promotion, PR & media coverage etc.
