AAC Blocks are made to aerate by creating a reaction between Silica in base materials as Fly Ash,Lime & Aluminum Powder.Hardness of AAC Block is being achieved by instant curing mechanism by Autoclaving.Main ingredients include fly ash,water,quicklime,cement,aluminum powder & gypsum.The block hardness is being achieved by cement strength,& instant curing mechanism by autoclaving. Gypsum acts as a long term strength gainer.The chemical reaction due to the aluminum paste provides AAC its distinct porous structure,lightness & insulation properties, completely different compared to other lightweight concrete materials.The finished product is 2.5 times lighter Block compared to conventional Bricks,while providing the similar strengths.The specific gravity stays around 0.6 to 0.65.This is one single most USP of the AAC blocks,because by using these blocks in structural buildings,the builder saves around 30 to 35% of structural steel & concrete,as these blocks reduce the dead load on the building significantly.Innovation construction technologies like autoclave aerated concrete blocks help cut construction cost by up to 30%.This eco-friendly material also boasts faster construction & saving in labor cost up to 20%.Unfortunately many designer and architect are not aware of this technology.AAC block can be used for wall, Floor and roof decks of buildings.Blocks are set in place with the special thin bed mortar.AAC Binder/mortar ready to use,wet premix adhesive for blocks.AAC blocks walls installed using this bed mortar function as a monolithic structure is provides better strength as compared to the concrete block/clay brick building.

AAC Plant Process:
Firstly,batch the measured raw material.Feed raw material into pouring mixer for slurry making.Pour the mixer slurry into the mould.After pre-curing under a certain temperature and time, the block would reach certain hardness and prepare for cutting.Tilting crane turns over the mould of 90 degrees.Tilting crane separate the already-formed material from the mould and transfer it with side plate to the cutting cart.Cutting machine horizontally cut the formed material.Cutting machine to cut vertically the formed material & grouping crane transfers the Cake on Stream Trolley.Group of  Steam Trolley with cake & side plate move in to Autoclaves. In Autoclave sustance pressure & temperature Cake curing. Move the finished blocks out of Autoclaves.Crane transfer the finished the dispatched point.Packed for loading.
