Description
Sree vinayaga grain thrusher is designed and developed by a most experience person over 30 years in the field of manufacturing agricultural machinery svi grain thrusher is designed to thrash all millets including paddy , wheat , maize, sunflower ,ragi,kambu etc. ,
svi multi crop grain thrashing machine with attached winnower, oscillating box and straw walkers are manufactured suitably to thrash the earheads and to deliver clean grains to the baskets or to gunny bags and to throw out the thrashed stems of the earheads.
Robust construction : The body, straw walkers and trolleys are made of high quality steel to withstand wear and tear. The hopper and the oscillation box is made from sheet to give easy movement and long life.
Beater cylinder : it is made of cast iron rings with sheet metal and thoothed racks which are fitted on two ball bearings on the main shaft. The cylinder is installed on a steel shaft and mounted on the machine . On the right and left sides of the main shaft,pulleys are fitted to transmit power from the prime mover to the cylinder,to the crankshaft and to the oscillation box.
the machine can be easily transported from place to place by a pair or by a tractor.
Inspection door : door is provided at the top side of the body next to cylinder to clean the grains and to remove the straws and unwanted materials if any clogged during operation . Also this will help the operator for lubricating the bearings and to check up the bolt & nuts. Through this door winnowing operation can also be done.
Drive: Either an electric motor or oil engine or Tractor PTO attachment.
