This stabilizer employs a there phase variable transformer(3 nos. Of single phase variable transformers mechanically coupled and driven by a single servo motor with a three phase series transformer . R & y phases are sensed and all the three phase outputs are corrected accordingly. These units are suitable for use with balanced 3 phase supply and balanced load and should not be used if balanced mains supply cannot be ensured.
